In 2003, two obsolete high-rise apartment buildings from the 1970s at the Harter Plateau near Linz were pulled down. As a replacement, a new housing area was built right nearby. It was separated from a busy road by its own row of shops. Klopf came up with an artistic design for the new 300-metre-long building in the form of two lines of lights that extended along the entire length of the building and also continued over the bridge above the road.
