Karl-Heinz Klopf

Location: primary school Engerwitzdorf / Upper Austria
Completion: 2003
(in co-operation with Sigrid Kurz)

The artists designed a publicly accessible square for the Engerwitzdorf-Mittertreffling primary school, planned by the architects Josef Dürrhammer and Anton Heckmann. Five circular depressions (5 metres in diameter) were made and the entire area was covered with rubber granulate. The hollows in the ground can be used to play in as well as for teaching outside with small groups.
